If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return the item to us, and we will gladly refund to you the cost of the purchased item minus a 15% restocking fee, or ship you an exchange for free. We do not want you to have anything from LatterDayStore.com that you are not 100% satisfied with. Unfortunatly, we are not able to return Gold/White Gold jewelry items because they are custom made for each order.
Return Policies and Procedures
To ensure that you receive the exchange item you desire, we recommend you go on-line and place an order for that item, then once the returned merchandise has been received, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the original purchase minus any restocking fees.
Inside the box containing the return merchandise, please include the original invoice, and a detailed description of why the product is being returned. If the return is the result of a product failure, this description will be forwarded to the manufacturer's R&D department.

Immediately upon receiving the returned item, one of two things will happen:
1: A replacement will be shipped to you, assuming you haven't already placed an order for the item in question, or
2: Your credit card will be credited for a full refund minus any restocking fees. Packages should be shipped "prepaid" only as COD returns can not be accepted. You might want to insure your package to guard against loss in shipping. If the return is a result of the wrong item being shipped from our facility, we will gladly pay the return freight.
There are several items that are not returnable. These would include gold and white gold jewelry items and custom art paintings.
